Shipping destinations, options and costs available for your address are shown at checkout. If your address cannot be selected, contact us before ordering.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Shipping options, costs and any estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; estimates are not guaranteed and carrier delays can occur. Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

Tracking, lost or damaged parcels

When tracking is available we will share it by email. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
